I’m a Research Scientist at Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence - MBZUAI, Abu Dhabi, UAE . Previously, I was at EMBL-EBI as a Senior Bioinformatician and at the Earlham Institute as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist and Scientific Programmer.

I hold a PhD in Bioinformatics (University of East Anglia - UEA, UK), an MSc (University of Leicester, UK), and a BSc (Saurashtra University, India).

Interests: Open science, Bioinformatics workflows, and interactive data visualisation with D3.js.
